Our Beer Tasting is a journey into the world of Birra Salento Brewery. It is an immersive experience that will make you appreciate the art of brewing and give you the chance to taste a beer tapped directly from the maturation tank.

What will you be doing during the Beer Tasting?

 Your journey into the world of craft beer begins with a brief introduction about the birth of the Salento Beer project.
Successivamente, entrerai nel cuore del birrificio:

• In the ingredient room, you will have the opportunity to touch and smell the scents of the main ingredients in craft beer;

• In the production area, you will discover all the stages of brewing. Here there will be a special surprise: you can taste a beer taken directly from the maturation tank;

• At the end of the tour, an aperitif on the panoramic mezzanine awaits you. You will enjoy three different types of beer paired with finger foods created by our chef with beer and its noble waste.
