LIVE THE FLAVORS OF SALENTO WITH A HANDS-ON COOKING CLASS.

An authentic and engaging experience: Inside a historic masseria, you will learn to make the typical orecchiette salentine starting from scratch, following the gestures and secrets passed down through generations with the help of our family cook. The orecchiette you prepare will be served as a first course in your dinner the same day (the first course will not be counted in the cost of the dinner)

How do I go about purchasing the experience?

You can complete the purchase using a credit card or paypal.

What are the cancellation policies?

  • Within 5 days of experience date: fully refundable (no fees charged).
  • Within 3 days from the date of the experience: you will be refunded 50% of the cost of the experience.
  • Within 2 days of the experience date: You will be charged the total cost of the booked experience.
  • Last minute reservations (24h before the experience): non-refundable.

What happens if the partner cancels the experience?
